1. Before starting the excursion, you must certify:
- Minimum age: Participants must be at least 18 years old to drive a quad. Passengers must be at least 7 years old or have a minimum height of 1.30 m.
- Driver’s license: Drivers must hold a valid motor vehicle driving license, which must be presented on-site.
- Clothing: Closed shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions are mandatory.
- Physical condition: Participants must be in good health and have no contraindications to engaging in physical and sports activities. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in our activities. Furthermore, participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair their ability to participate safely.
2. Safety Measures
By taking part in the excursion, you agree to:
– Follow the instructor’s guidance and comply with safety and precautionary rules,
– Respect traffic regulations and the environment (other users, animals, residents, etc.),
– Acknowledge that quad riding involves risks and accept the resulting conditions: the instructor is not liable for accidents caused by individual irresponsible behavior. Any breach of safety instructions may result in the exclusion of the participant without a refund.
3. Booking and Payment
– Quad tour bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
– Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
– Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.
All rates and prices mentioned are subject to product or service availability. Prices may change until full payment is received and vouchers are issued.
The experiences offered on this site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. The booking will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.
4. Cancellation and Modifications by the Client
Any cancellation or modification must be notified in writing to the service provider.
- Cancellations/changes up to 48 hours before departure: 100% refund.
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: no refund.
- €5 cancellation fee applies in all cases.
QUADTEIDE.COM reserves the right to cancel excursions, change itineraries, and modify opening days.
If a tour is cancelled due to bad weather, mechanical failures, unsafe conditions, or trail closures, we will offer to reschedule your tour at no additional cost. If this alternative is not suitable, a refund will be issued.
Please note that no refunds will be granted for excursions cancelled due to misrepresentation of physical abilities and/or failure to disclose pre-existing health conditions that could affect your ability to complete the tour.
If a client fails to provide or refuses to answer specific questions in the QUADTEIDE.COM questionnaire, we reserve the right to deny service without refund. These questions include essential information such as driver’s license details and participant contact information.
The driver’s license must be presented on-site. Failure to do so will result in the participant being unable to drive the quad, with no refund issued.
QUADTEIDE.COM will not issue refunds for incidents related to inappropriate client behavior.
No refunds will be given for unused activities.
No refunds will be issued in the event of inability to complete activities once started.
Additionally, if the quad must be retrieved more than 5 km from base for unjustified reasons, a flat fee of €50 will be applied.
5. Liability
– The service provider ensures the safety of participants during the excursion but is not responsible for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior or failure to follow the guide’s instructions.
– The client must respect conduct rules and the safety instructions provided by the guide.
6. Insurance
– The guide is covered by organizational civil liability insurance and is obligated to provide the necessary resources under normal driving conditions.
Under the same conditions, our vehicles are insured against bodily harm caused to third parties. However, any rule violations, negligent acts, or failure to follow the guide’s instructions will void this coverage.
In such cases, the driver assumes full responsibility. It is recommended to obtain individual liability insurance if you do not already have it, to protect yourself in case of an accident.
7. Equipment and Protective Gear
– The service provider supplies the necessary equipment for the quad excursion, including a helmet.
– The client is responsible for the proper use of the provided equipment and may be held liable for damages caused by negligence or misuse.
– Any material damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions will incur repair costs.
– The driver will be responsible for covering the cost of repairs for any damages caused to the equipment, according to current rates, including labor costs, up to a maximum deductible of €2,500.
8. Confidentiality
The personal information provided by the client during the booking process will be processed in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy.
By booking a quad excursion with the service provider, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.
